WHAT DO I USE TO CLEAN MY DRAWER SLIDES?

When servicing or cleaning your drawer slides never use Inox or Lanolin based lubricants. Always use WD40 to clean your slides then Vasaline or high Temp grease to lubricate.

WHAT ARE YOUR WARRANTY TERMS?

All our products have lifetime warranty's however moving mechanisims only have 1 year full replacment. But should any of our products fail under normal working conditions we will be happy to help. HOW DO WE ASK FOR REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS OR CREDITS?

When wanting to send back incorrect items supplied or faulty items Findit will send you a con note to authorise the return. Any goods just send back without our authority will not be granted a warranty claim or return.

DO YOU REFUND ON GOODS?

No we do not offer a refund, however we will be happy to try and offer a soultion at the same cost. Findit Industrial is a wholesaler and not a general retailer.

WHAT IF MY SLIDES ARE THE INCORRECT WEIGHT FOR MY APPLICATION?

Findit Industrial take great care in making sure we offer you the right product, however you may not always agree with what we have said. If you choose to go against our recomendations FIndit Offer no refund or returns on products brought under these terms.
